Project & production Management
Working on projects requiring a multidisciplinary team to enable its successful execution and delivery. By having an understanding of the production process, budgeting and supervision of art and design objects, a clear and effective communication and workflow is possible, whilst using an agile process framework to enact revisions and changes to a project from conception to delivery.
Design development
Leveraging a background in Design, Art and Fabrication, a concept can be brought from sketch, to an informed 3D model and functional prototype in a continuous dialogue with the creative lead adapted to their creative process.
computational Design
Creating computational parametric tools to allow a dynamic model that allows the 3D data to be transferred to relevant fabrication data providing an efficient and effective workflow.
Front-end loading production information in the first edition of an Artwork, such that once there is a strong demand for the work, variations can be produced quickly and efficiently. This minimises the risk of over-production as production of latter differentiated editions remain in phase with demand.
